Kaizen Collider

How it works

One commitment a day. A coach that reads it.

Five minutes in the morning. The rest is work you were already doing, done on purpose.

ColliderOS ties what you do today to what you said mattered this quarter. Sensei, our AI coach, reads what you write and pushes back. The first five minutes are right here. No signup.

14 days free. No card.

Try it now

Write your Daily Operational Commitment.

Three questions, about five minutes. Picture 6pm with the day gone right, then name the one moment that decides it. Sensei reads what you write and tells you where it is still vague.

01 The end state

It is 6pm and the day worked. What is true now that was not this morning?

02 The moment

The one moment that decides it. A time, a place, a handoff.

03 Your posture

Where you will be when it happens, and what you will not do for your team.

01
What must be true today? Picture 6pm with the day gone right. What is different? One thing, not a list.

02
Where could it break? Name the moment it is most likely to go wrong: a time, a place, a handoff. What will you do when you see it?

03
How will you lead? Where will you be when that moment comes, and what will you not do for your team?

That was one morning

Four things hold it up.

The commitment you just wrote is the daily layer. On its own it is a good habit. These are what make it a system.

Sensei

An AI coach that reads what you wrote, in the voice you choose, and reads your record across weeks.

Leader routines

The things you do every week to hold the standard, built from your objectives.

The cascade

Today traces to this week, this quarter, and the year. If it does not, Sensei says so.

The Record

What you committed to and what actually happened, scored on clarity.

Choose how Sensei talks to you

One commitment. Eight voices.

This is our founder's own commitment from the day this page shipped. Pick a voice and see what Sensei said back to him. Every read is unedited output from ColliderOS.

The commitment

What must be true today?
By 6pm, the website does its job: a stranger can go from the headline to a first commitment in the app without me in the loop. I have watched one person who has never seen it do exactly that.
Where could it break?
It fails when the call to action doesn't actually convert. The page looks finished, I call it done, and nobody starts a trial. If I catch myself judging the site by how it looks instead of by whether a stranger signs up, I stop polishing and go watch someone use it.
How will you lead?
I'm the only one in the room, so I lead by holding the standard: done means it converts, not that it shipped. I ship what is on the list, I do not add to it today, and I check the signup count tomorrow morning before I open the editor.

Dynamic Leader Standard Work

Built from your objectives. Checked every week.

A spreadsheet of routines goes stale the week after you write it. In ColliderOS your standard work is built from what you are trying to achieve, tracked every day, and reviewed by Sensei every week.

01

Where routines come from

You do not start with a blank sheet. Routines arrive from five places.

  • The LSW WizardSensei drafts your routines from your role and your objectives.
  • Your weekly prioritiesEach priority you set lands on this week's board.
  • Your daily commitmentA DOC can add a routine when the day calls for one.
  • Your development planThe commitments you make to grow become routines.
  • YouAdd your own at any time.

How the day runs

LSW Today shows only what is due. Each routine gets one of three answers.

  • A skip keeps its reasonThe reason is the useful part.
  • Notes stay with the routineWhat you saw, what you raised, what to follow up.
  • The count is honestYou are measured against what was actually due.
04

The engine that keeps it current

Weekly Sensei checkSensei reads the week: what you completed, skipped, and blocked. It proposes what to keep, change, or drop.
Anchors go staleWhen an objective changes, the routines tied to it are flagged, so you are not running last quarter's standard work.
It feeds the recordEvery session is kept, so the pattern across weeks is visible to you and to Sensei.

Your routines hold steady through the day. They change when your objectives do.

The Record

It won't tell you what you want to hear.

A tool that rewards activity gives you a number that goes up when you log in and tick boxes. That number tells you nothing, and after three weeks you stop looking at it.

ColliderOS scores clarity, not effort. A vague commitment gets a low score no matter how long it took to write. When there are not enough weeks to call a trend, The Record says so instead of drawing a line through the gap. A skipped routine keeps the reason you skipped it, because the reason is the useful part.

You cannot pad it. A system you can game is a system you stop trusting.

Fourteen days. No card.

In fourteen days you will have ten commitments written, a board of leader routines that reflects how you actually run, and a record of whether the failures you predicted actually happened.
