Kaizen Collider

Enterprise

Your brand. Your language. The same hard standard.

A custom build, run through a defined process.

ColliderOS can be built for your company: in your colors, and speaking your words for strategy, standards, and leadership. It is not a setting we switch on. It is a build, and we take a few at a time.

What we fit to you

It should sound like your company. Not like ours.

Your leaders already have a language for how the business runs. A tool that makes them translate gets dropped. So we teach ColliderOS yours.

Your brand

Your logo, your colors, your type. Your leaders open it and see their company, not a vendor.

Your language

What you call your objectives, your plans, and your routines. Your values and your leadership model. Sensei coaches in those words and holds leaders to your standards.

Your people

Leaders come in by group and start together, with a sponsor who has run it first.

What does not change

We hold the core while it adapts.

That is the idea the whole product is built on, and it applies to your build too.

  • The daily commitment stays. What must be true today, where it could break, how you will lead.
  • Sensei stays honest. We will teach it your language. We will not soften it to fit a culture deck.
  • The record cannot be padded. It scores clarity, not effort, in your build as in ours.
  • Leaders do the work. It will not make their jobs easier. It will make them better at them.

The process

Six steps. Each one has a finish line.

Custom does not mean improvised. Every build runs the same steps in the same order, and a step is not done until its finish line is met.

  1. 01

    One conversation

    Fit

How many leaders, what you are trying to change, and what system you already run. If it is not a fit, we say so.

Done when: A yes or a no from both sides.

  2. 02

    Two weeks

    Run it first

Your sponsor and two or three leaders run standard ColliderOS. You cannot fit what you have not used.

Done when: Each of them has kept a week of commitments.

  3. 03

    Intake

    Teach it your language

We collect your words: what you call your objectives and plans, your values, your leadership model, and examples of work you consider good.

Done when: A language map you have signed off.

  4. 04

    Skin and language

    Build

Your logo, colors, and type go on. Your language goes into what the product says and into how Sensei coaches.

Done when: Your build, running, with your people able to sign in.

  5. 05

    Real commitments

    Calibrate

Your leaders write real commitments. Sensei reads them. You score every read on two questions: does it sound like us, and does it still push?

Done when: It passes your standard, not ours.

  6. 06

    Four weeks

    Launch one group

One group goes first, reviewed with you every week. Then the rest.

Done when: Leaders are practicing, measured by commitments kept.

Straight answers

What you should know before you write.

  • You would be among the first. ColliderOS is live for individual leaders today. Company builds are new. That gets you the founder's attention and a say in how it is built.
  • Who sees what is settled first. Before anyone writes a commitment, we agree in writing what a sponsor can see and what stays with the leader.
  • It is priced per build. The price depends on how many leaders and how much language there is to teach. You get a number after the first conversation.
  • You talk to the person who builds it. Founder-run. No sales team and no account manager in between.
